Parent Support for New & Expecting Parents
Building a secure foundation for your baby,
and for your relationship.

Hey, babe!
The road to parenthood looks different for everyone, and is rarely (let’s say never) without its challenges. While excitement and planning often fill our minds and calendars in the months before your baby arrives, relational care can quietly get pushed aside. And yet, it’s this care, for yourself and your partner, that becomes the foundation your baby feels as safety, trust, and connection from the very beginning.

As a certified Bringing Baby Home educator with the Gottman Institute, I help new and expecting parents strengthen their bond, reduce stress, and create an emotionally secure environment where everyone can thrive. Research shows that when parents feel supported and connected to each other, babies develop stronger emotional regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of security.

In our work together, you’ll learn how to:

  • Deepen emotional connection with your partner so you feel like a team in this big life change.

  • Navigate conflict with care, even when you’re tired and overwhelmed.

  • Explore your own early experiences, identifying what you’d like to repeat and what you’d like to rewrite for your family’s future.

  • Clarify the values and goals guiding your family and relationship.

  • Support your baby’s emotional development through your own secure, responsive connection.

  • Create shared meaning and joy in this new chapter of your relationship.

This isn’t just about surviving the early months, it’s about building a strong and resilient family life, rooted in love, understanding and joy.

I braced myself for the fatigue and the chaos of becoming parents. What I didn’t see coming was the tenderness between us, the laughter that carried us through the nights, and the way our relationship would become the gentle home of safety and joy for us and our baby.
